Covid-19 Policy

We want to provide a safe enviroment for all our riders, staff, and volenteers. Please read the safety guidelines before registering for the Ride for Ray. These guidelines may change and we will be updating them to ensure that we are following all the CDC and local government recommendations. 


All registered participants, volunteers, support crew, and staff are required to present proof of vaccination or a COVID negative test taken within 72 hours of arrival to the event at check in.  

Masks will be expected to be worn when indoors or when social distancing is not possible. We also ask that all riders wear a mask at the mass start. The Ride for Ray will send COVID-19 updates and reminders to ensure awareness of the 2022 protocol leading up to the event on September 24, 2022.  

Registered riders:

  • must present proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test at check-in.

  • who fail to provide proof of vaccination or negative test are not eligible for refund.

  • if you are sick or have symptoms, please stay at home. We will issue a refund if you are sick as long as you contact us within 24 hours of the event. 

Vaccinations are considered to be fully effective two weeks after being administered so please plan accordingly. Alternatively, a COVID-19 test must be completed within three days of the even. Test results must be officially documented from the testing agency. 

The Ride for Ray reserves the right to modify the COVID - 19 safety guidelines and we thank you for your cooperation to ensure the safety of our community and participants.
