Event POLicies

REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued, all registrations are a donation to ALS and therefore non-refundable. By registering for the event, you are agreeing to all the rules and policies. If for some reason you cannot make the event, you will be able to use your ticket for next year's event.

WEATHER:

In the event of heavy rain, the race will be postponed for up to 3 hours for the weather to clear up. If the weather is too bad, the ride will be canceled and with a possibility of rescheduling for the fall. We will ride in the rain as long as there is no lightning, so please come prepared.

RIDERS:

You are responsible for yourself. Although this is a timed event (100k and 200k) you are to obey the traffic laws. We simply can't cover 124 miles of intersections to stop all the cars. Please be aware that some of these are farm roads and may not have stop signs at intersections. High corn can also cause a problem by limiting your view. Slow down at all road crossing until you're sure it's clear of all traffic. You can't win if you're dead, and you can't sue anyone because you're signing a waiver. Please come prepared. We will have SAG support available if needed. Please be sure to remember these important things: helmet, shoes, route sheet, Garmin, rain gear, tubes, snacks, water bottles.
